## Appearance ![[Lucius Character.png|280]] He is a Hippo Wizard. I think that should be enough of a description. He wears magic robes and walks around with a quarterstaff. ## Observations According to Percival his race is called "Giff" I have seen people like him only a hand full of times before but according to Percival they are excellent marksmen which only makes it more peculiar this one chose to be a Wizard. According to Percival his kind are not welcome at the [[Potentiatrix Citadel]] because of there association to firearms. But Percival has granted him a trinket that should help him learn the ways of Wizarding "his own way".
