## Appearance ![[Khaled Character.webp|359]] Khaled Djabara is a well know individual. He is always dressed in the most lavish clothing and his hair is always perfectly styled. ## History Khaled Djabara is the organizer of [[The End of Summer Festival]] and other festivals held for the upper class citizens in all of Sekai. We first encountered Khaled at the festival where [[Travel Journal - The Sekai Sailors|The Sekai Sailors]] managed to capture him. We later interrogated him where we learned he and [[Madam Vivi]] were part of a larger collective known as [[The Shadow Organization]]. Unfortunately for us Khaled is kept mostly in the dark. He mostly arranges finances for [[Kybos]] experiment in exchange for access to Madam Vivi's trade network. We managed to convince Khaled to become an informant in our efforts. Of course [[Percival Spellwhiskers]] made sure he forgot our faces before we send him back out to The Shadow Organization.
